hi, i am a huge fan of your clicker app it's functionality is mind-bending!
it opens up a whole new dimension to the uses of a mobile phone. any progress on the number of uses will only make it more popular and successful.
I would really love to buy your clicker, however i'm currently hesitant over a few issues, namely:
1) will there be any support for htc touch screen phones with broadcom bluetooth, running winmo 6.1 or 6.5?
i downloaded the demo from your website to run a winmo6 phone however both the bluetooth and wifi couldn't work and i couldn't establish any connection. i had to drop down to a winmo 5 client to get the connection and functionality. this then gave me a glimpse of the benefits of your clicker app. however this then lead me to my next problem..
2) the user interface is great with phones with physical keyboards, but with the increasing number of native touch screen phones, the current interface is hazardous to use! the buttons links/options are too small for a finger to navigate comfortably.
this is a fantastic product no doubt. and i am really looking forward to more support for HTC phones and touch screen only phones
regards

Try the Hi-Res version in this forum.
It should be able to connect via wi-fi.
Im also waiting for the broadcom hi-res version for my TP2
But I bought the application already hopefully to give the developer some incentive :)) its a very nice product just needs a little tweaking....

Guys. Here's a bit of a long-shot for you to try.
Please note that this is not tested. I'm posting this from a train, where I have no access to a Windows Mobile device.
Please let me know how this works, okay?
Best.

Hi
OK the good:
*Buttons are a good size
*Tap and swipe for: Play, pause skip track fwd and skip track back is working!
The Bad:
*Although the menu buttons etc were the correct size the "active" points that you can click appeared to be the old size button. ie there was only a very small part of the button that was able to be clicked, (tapping anywhere else on the button caused the track to jump along the timeline.
These are no longer issues:
*The 'swiping' up or down to control the volume, didnt work very well, one swipe would cause the volume of both itunes and the system to go all the way up or all the way down (instead of an incremental change) edit: this appears to work fine after a reinstall
*Also I had a bit of trouble connecting and had to conect from the PC rather than the device but after this it was OK. edit: no problem, working fine.
Once complete, this will be a huge improvement over the previous client.
Thanks for the changes so far.
Lo

Dear Salling
Any chance of an update on the status of this new client for Broadcom high res screens?
the only issue is with the pressing of buttons as above.
I'm hoping it shouldnt be a major change to get the buttons working correctly?
Thanks in advance.
Lo

| Yeah, I noticed the bottom button bug also. For example, with the Windows Media Player option open, the back button works the first time only, and after that it bugs out. Any news on a fix for this?

Hi, just wondering if you are still supporting this product? It would be disappointing if you weren't as there is only one or two things required to make this usable, otherwise I may have wasted my money :(
Hope to hear from you, thanks.
